Implementation of Lean Management for Covid-19 Patient Services at Hospitals in Deli Serdang

The need to improve the quality of health services in hospitals by eliminating waste order achieve an efficient service process through a Lean Management approach. Methods using descriptive qualitative analysis where data is compiled, analyzed and then explained collection, problem solving, planning improvement ideas providing design proposals. application this lean hospital reduces time for Covid-19 patients at Deli Serdang Hospital 467.4 seconds flow can reduce Haji 377 flow. conclusion study that approach able increase effectiveness efficiency services.
